    Responsibilities

    Job Summary

     

    We are seeking a Rheumatology trained physicians to join us in pursuit of high quality patient care.

     

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • 1-3 years clinical experience in an outpatient setting
    • Patient-centered approach toward a positive patient experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Interest in Population Health
    •  

     

    Responsibilities

     

     

    • Examines and diagnoses disorders and diseases of the musculoskeletal system and immune system
    • Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment
    • Recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition
    • Diagnoses and treats rheumatic disorders of the skeletal system, muscles and joints.
    • Treats patients with rheumatic diseases such as lupus, tendonitis, arthritis, myositis, scleroderma, and osteoporosis to name a few.
    • Examines the patients, obtains lab reports including the X-ray reports of the joints, and prescribes anti-inflammatory drugs and other medications.
    • Suggests occupational or physical therapy to patients suffering from arthritis or any type of joint disorders.   

    Qualifications

     

    • Medical Degree or foreign equivalent and completion of 3 years Internal Medicine and 2 years Rheumatology medical training
    • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Rheumatology
    • Candidate must possess or be eligible for a New York State License
    • Be eligible for DEA registration
    • Be eligible for Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement
    • Pre-employment background check, health physical and drug screening

     

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Medical Degree or foreign equivalent and completion of a four year post graduate medical training
    • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Rheumatology
    • Candidate must possess or be eligible for a New York State License
    • Be eligible for DEA registration
    • Be eligible for Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement
    • Pre-employment background check, health physical and drug screening 

    Medical Office Hours of Operation

    • Monday-Wednesday    8:00AM – 6:00PM
    • Thursday                      8:00AM – 8:00PM
    • Friday                           8:00AM – 5:00PM
    • Saturday                       8:00AM – 1:00PM
